The Messenger of Allah said:
"The strong man is not the one who can overpower others(in wrestling). Rather, the strong man is the one who controls himself when he gets angry."[Reported in the 'Musnad' of Ahmad; 2/236, and it is authentic]
قال رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: ليس الشديد بالصرعة، إنما الشديد الذي يملك نفسه عند الغضب متفق عليه
